Customer Service Training Closures

In order to ensure the quality and consistency of the service we provide, our Customer Service lines will close for training from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM CT (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM ET) on the third Friday of the month. The exception to this schedule is June 9, 2023, when we will close for training on the second Friday of the month. Please make note of the next training date and plan ahead for this closure. Customer Service Representatives will not handle General Inquiries, Appeals, Reopenings, Provider Enrollment, and EDI calls during this time. The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System and the WPS Government Health Administrators Portal will continue to be available for your use during any closures.
