MAC Customer Experience Surveys
All Medicare providers and their staff are encouraged to complete the MAC Customer Experience (MCE) surveys. By completing the surveys, you have the opportunity to provide feedback on your experience with different WPS GHA business areas and your overall experience with WPS as the MAC. Currently available are surveys for online experience (rating wpsgha.com) and Provider Outreach and Education (POE) experience. Additional surveys will be added in the future.
To complete the online experience survey, accept the pop-up invitation when it presents, or use the feedback tab (found on the right or left side of your screen, depending on your browser).
The POE satisfaction survey is presented upon completion of some educational events. You can also complete a POE satisfaction survey by accessing the survey link located at the top of the Training Guides and Resources web page.
When completing an MCE survey, please be sure to add details about your experience so we know exactly what you liked or what we could do better. We also encourage you to provide your email address so we can follow up with you if we have questions. Your feedback will help us understand what you like and what we can do better to make sure every interaction with WPS is a positive experience.
