Changes to Customer Service Training Closures Coming in 2019

Beginning in January 2019, our Customer Service training closures will be changing from a twice a month schedule to a single closure day. This will allow our Customer Service Representatives to participate in training programs geared toward improving our quality, consistency, and service skills as well as participate in training programs stemming from provider feedback in the Medicare Administration Contractor Satisfaction Indicator (MSI) survey. Please make note of this change and plan ahead for the longer closure.

Our Customer Service lines will be closed for training on the third Friday of the month from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm CT (8:30 am to 4:30 pm ET) on the dates noted below. Customer Service Representatives handling calls for General Inquiries, Appeals, Reopening, Provider Enrollment, and EDI will be unavailable during these closures.
