Use Our Electronic Tools to Help Us Slow the Spread of COVID-19

Due to COVID-19 concerns and the need for social distancing, the majority of WPS staff members are working remotely. To maintain our ability to process our workload timely and efficiently, WPS requests that providers handle their Medicare activities electronically whenever possible. This includes the submission of claims, cost reports, overpayments, written inquiries, appeals, additional documentation request (ADR) responses, etc. This will facilitate continued use of our internal automation and electronic work processes and ensure the fastest possible service to our customers.

If you currently do not have the ability to submit claims electronically, WPS provides free billing software. PC-ACE Pro32 is easy to install and allows for electronic submission of claims. The WPS GHA portal provides a wide variety of self-service tools that allow you to obtain information on your schedule. The secure portion of our website allows for multiple types of transactions. This secure environment allows you to submit claims, Part B appeals, medical documentation, and cost reports. You can also submit refunds to Medicare for overpayments through this secure method.
